"Pretty poor communication and service. Went in at 3:30 wanting to purchase a Exercycle. Nothing on the shelf so was told to go to customer service to get assistance. Spoke with service desk and waited 20 mins for another individual (who was very helpful) to come and assist me with locating the Exercycle. Waited another 5 mins and was told they were on high rise. That’s fine I told the team I’d come back the next day and would be notified when I could collect."
