"Overall, they did an excellent job to service my car. They have 3 types of services, and the more you pay, the better service you get - Bronze, Silver and Gold. I chose "Gold" because I use my car long distances for my work every day, so I needed to make sure that everything is OK with my car. They cleaned inside my car and even tyres, which is very good. However, they did not rotate the tyres even though I had driven far more than 10000 km since the service that I had last year, and the treads on the front tyres were apparently wearing out more quickly than the rear ones. Then they sent me a text message asking for a feedback and I pointed out that they could have rotated tyres. Then, soon after that, I had a phone call from them and they told me that I could take my car back to them to rotate tyres, which they did this afternoon. So the service they provided me was very good, however, it is very costly if you want to have an extra layer of service, and actually it cost me more than $500 including WOF, which is about $70 (I don't remember the fee correctly - maybe $69, but anyway the fee is way more expensive than a garage in Avondale that I know where you pay only $45)!. I hope that the cost of their service and WOF will go down instead of going up, which I think will never happen in this country where everything is getting ridiculously more expensive!"

"I cannot recommend this service centre enough. I booked in for a WOF and needed some repairs before I passed. One of the repairs was a new tyre. When I returned for a recheck it was discovered the tyre service had replace the wrong tyre. I was feeling unwell and they happily kept my car. They then drove to the tyre service place to pick up the correct tyre and sorted the entire issue out for me free of charge. Unfortunately then I came down with covid and they kindly kept my car for the entire period of my isolation. Absolutely the kindest, most caring service I have ever encountered. I would highly recommend AA Hobson Street. They are one of a kind!"

He told me they were very busy at the time and he could only get to looking over the car when he had a minute.
