We had our son with a disability belittled and spoken to appallingly by her. ‘Would not have known if another shopper had not followed him out and let my wife know’ my wife then entered to speak to the lady and explained he has a disability and wasn’t understanding why the lady was being so nasty to him. to which she continued to be rude to my wife and told her ‘if he has a disability, you should not have sent him in’…… really…… I would not believe Kmart would allow this sort of exclusion, especially in this day and age. It’s a big thing trying to teach a young man with a disability to be independent, this dinosaur has just set him back majorly, this is not on at all! It’s outright discrimination…."
