"WOF. It wasn't a pleasant experience because I couldn't communicate with anybody who spoke good english. So communication was very poor. $1000 worth of work was necessary. A man quickly came and sat next to me (telling me the costs for the work) but his english was poor and his breath really stunk. I took my car to Toyota for repairs. I wouldn't return here, which is a shame, as it's so handy. Communication is vital. It was like I was visiting another country!"

"Convenient location and great that they open on Saturdays and Sundays. The only drawback is that everyone wants to do their business on the weekend as we all work in the week. I stood in the line for 3.5 hours to submit an application form. The staff were helpful and place was clean. I'd recommend going there in the afternoon as the line moves faster towards the end of the day."
