"The counter/gate/yard staff at this branch are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The two ladies and the guy on the counter today that served me interacted well with each other and with the other customers next to me. Special mention also for the gate guy who is up for a bit of yak and the yard man who loaded the wood. I am from the small town of Motueka and this reminded me of days past when you felt a friendly vibe at a business in town. I drove out of the Hendo branch today with a load of wood and a smile."
