"Do not purchase a wardrobe through Placemakers. After a 3 month process we had to be refunded and have our walls replaced due to the quality of product and workmanship from their subcontractor Cowdroy. During this process we had to constantly call and chase about the product and installation issues we were having as neither Cowdroy or Placemakers would take ownership of their mistakes of which we gave them ample opportunities to come back and fix the issues to further damage. Side note: Lamia if consumers purchase products, have a contract and pay Placemakers directly don't tell me it's not Placemakers problem especially straight after Placemakers and Cowdroy fail to show up to our house for a scheduled appointment to look at the damage you had both caused."
