As a highly qualified counsellor, I hold a degree in counselling (Bachelor of Counselling) and am a full Member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors. I am also an Associate Member of the EMDR Association in New Zealand. Continuously advancing my professional training, I have completed several trainings in counselling and therapy, including ACT, EMDR, Mindfulness, and 'your life's purpose'.
