"Horrible customer service. Gave us the wrong address, then after dropping our washing machine across the road, after giving us the wrong address, Roland Qian the business owner wanted us to drive all the way back and carry it literally across the road. We told him we live on the otherside of Auckland and if he could please retrieve it. He did not for 3 days, within this time, our washing machine was left unattended and the leads were cut. He told us this, and said he could not fix it, I kindly approached the situation and said i was not happy with the service or professionalism, then he said if we did not come back to get it by the next day he was going to call the scrap metal truck to come collect. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL"
