"Hats off to the staff of this very busy AA outlet. The ques are often long and the staff are proactive to ensure the right form has been filled etc, before you get to the counter. I had a name change on my licence which had complications (overseas marriage licence) and the two ladies, notably, Taupou, were so patient and kind in getting me sorted over the course of 3 visits. Awesome customer service, and very empathetic staff."
"The queue is so so long. Who has an hour + to stand in line during the work week. Whoever oversees AA needs to make some major changes as it’s clear AA Porirua doesn’t have the capacity to adequately service this area. Well done to the staff who have to be put under this pressure"
"I went there and was in line for an hour ... One service rep served one person for that whole time. Another rep was very slow and doing everything because of that. Another rep was not serving but looking at her computer and every now and again would ask people in the line what they needed. Another rep was on her lunch break and when she finally took over, the line moved. When I got to the front, the rep started trying to sell me products instead of dealing with my license... Read the room. She seemed miffed when I said can we just do this please. The management there is not efficient. If you've got a computer open up the desk and serve when there's a queue. Hire more people."
