"Arrived there just before close (unaware of the time they were closing) they had the open sign on the door and stuff still out side the door, as we entered the store we were confronted by a very rude uprated staff member, who said bluntly "we are closed so you'll have to leave the shop now!" My husband then said we know exactly what we want, you couldn't spare 2 minutes? We had a large priced purchase we would of liked to make. She then said "no you'll have to get out" and the other staff member said "I have already done the till" we walked out at exactly a 4pm which is their closing time, so the stores young female staff members had already started to close the store before it was actually their closing time. Safe to say I won't be recommending their store. Lost customer from this interaction. I have always bought my saddled, boots and other gear from them, not anymore!!"
