"I was after a throw that was on clearance. Only one was coming in so it was put under name. I was to be called when it arrived. Possibly 2-3 business days. I waited a week and returned to store. It hadn't arrived. Should be next Wednesday. I ring the store. Still hasn't arrived. They guy I spoke to was to email a lady and find out where it was and call me back. Nothing.. I go to the store on Friday. The guy says it had come in the day before. He then looked everywhere for it. To no avail. Went and spoke to college who told him new guy had put it away. It was out on the floor for anyone to purchase. In the end I did get my sift fluffy throw. I just would have appreciated some sort of communication from the staff."
