"Do not shop here. Makes me doubt the originality of the items. Bought a Nike Hoodie for $85. One wash as per the label faded the colour and left patches of original black colour on the item. Took it back to rectify. Shop manager refused to take responsibility that the hoodie was not purchased from there, went on to state the hoodie looks old even though it was receipted 3days ago. Then went on to state that they are just a retailer and I should contact Nike if I have quality issues. I’m sure this goes against the consumer guarantees act and fair trading act."

"This is a tremendous store with great things for your sport needs. However my experience with Stirling Sports St Lukes has been terrible as I went in to return a Jersey I had bought for a friend and I was talked to very rudely by a staff member. He was very rude and seemed like he isnt happy. The only reason I raise this issue is because I myself have worked in customer service for 5 years and I do have the right initiative when dealing with all sorts of customers. I urge the company to properly assess the staff they hire and take into consideration of how they deal with customers as they not only work at an outlet but also represent the company. 3/5 from me cheers"
