"The branch manager was not helpful at all. I approached her as I got some issues with my recently skechers GoWalk 6 and she hasn’t tried to figure out my issue; which ended up an incorrect shoe type. I guess because they are a very busy store, bit I don’t believe that is an understandable excuse, especially for a global company like Skechers. Overall, if you ended up buying from them, please try as many sizes as you can including wide fit versions. Unfortunately, the staff there might not be very helpful. This is unlike the Sylvia Park branch which were very amazing and super helpful"

"I bought Skechers Go Walk Air 2.0 shoes in September 2022 and by December 2022 both outsoles of the shoes are rotting (despite being advertised online as "Goodyear Performance Outsole delivers enhanced traction, stability, and durability"). The staff refused a refund for poor quality and tried to blame it on me even though these shoes were essentially only worn for office work. Please see attached photos. If you want this quality for RRP$170 shoes, then please buy Skechers."
