"I feel as though I should have read the reviews before I visited this place. I went in to purchase a cross. The guy was very nice and helped me pick out a cross and then took the money and said to “keep the receipt incase I had to return it” I put the necklace on outside the shop and it didn’t fit, so I went back and his greedy little hand rubbed together as he showed me the longer necklaces which were 5 times the price. I then asked for a refund to which I was met with “I can only place it on a credit voucher”. I feel like this salesman was only interested in his commission and didn’t want to help at all, he failed to explain that the necklace would t fit even though when I came back he said he knew, and failed to explain the refunds process only suggesting that it was possible at the time of the purchase. I feel like this store targeted me and is only interested in taking money and not creating satisfying purchases. I will never go back to this store especially seeing as how rude he became when I asked for a refund. This salesman used unethical sales techniques to obtain a purchase and I feel as though everyone should be warned NOT to go here ever!!!"

"I recently went into the shop with my fiancee to get her wedding ring resized, as we are due to get married next month, and we were advised by the staff to bring it in around this time when I first purchased the ring. The staff member who served us was very rude and condescending. She initially told us that due to the lockdown in Melbourne, where the jeweller is based, they would not be able to resize the ring. She then went on a rant and rudely explained that she couldn't predict when Covid restrictions would allow for the jeweller to open and unless we could tell the future, there was nothing we can do. We just wanted to know when we might be able to come back and how long a resizing normally takes, so that we could plan to have it done in time for the wedding. At which point, she pointed out that we might not even be able to go ahead with the wedding, as if we're not stressed enough. It took 3 minutes to finally tell us that they will speak to the jeweller and if we come back next week, they might have more information. It was disappointing as we are completely sympathetic with the difficulties operating under restrictions, but that's no reason to be rude, condescending and unhelpful. She did not seem to care at all. I'm not sure if it was just a bad day, but leave your issues at the door and don't take it out on the customers."
