They always explain things well, discuss possible solutions to problems, and find cost effective ways of doing things, e.g. by using "after market" OEM parts or sometimes good second hand parts. They also show me the failed parts and/or take photographs of them or parts of a car you cannot easily see. Will definitely keep going there with my cars."
