"Got a free assessment but decided to go somewhere else after ABC couldn't 100% gurentee that they found the problem. Called ABC to cancel the service a week ahead of time and Dominic was extremely rude, acused us of abusing their time and hung up. Pretty sad service after the other staff had been so nice. Update: ABC quoted $530 for a wheel bearing, the real problem turned out to be a simple wire connection."
