I called them and they found a way to fit me in *the next day* despite covid and the crazy lead times these days. Dropped car off 930, they figured out the problem and called me at 11, with a full and final breakdown of all the parts and labour prices on the spot. Then they had the car done before 4pm so I could get my kid from daycare like normal. Arnie had a fantastic phone manner, real clear and patient.
