Our pharmacy is open from 8am to 6pm on weekdays, making it a convenient stop to collect your prescriptions or health products on your way into Ballarat CBD. We are also open on Saturdays from 9am to 2pm.
In addition to prescription dispensing, our highly trained pharmacists provide services such as blood pressure testing and prescription storage. We are also part of the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS), offering practical assistance, information, and subsidised products to help you manage your diabetes.

To save you time, we offer the option to pre-order your medications using the MedAdvisor app. This allows you to skip the queue and collect your medication at your local UFS pharmacy. The app also sends reminders to refill your prescriptions and notifies you when you need to see your GP for a new script. Our staff is happy to assist you with downloading and setting up the app on your phone.

"I recently had an experience with Saul, a pharmacist who refused to sign a document that was already authenticated online by Equals transcript. I have to say that my experience with Saul was nothing short of terrible. Firstly, I'm not sure if Saul's behavior was due to his age or if it was because I'm an Asian. But regardless of the reason, I felt discriminated against and disrespected. The fact that he refused to sign the document even though it was already authenticated online by Equals transcript was incredibly frustrating. It felt like he was just trying to make things difficult for me, which made the entire process much more stressful than it needed to be. I would not recommend working with Saul. His behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, and I was left feeling disappointed and disrespected after our interaction. If you're looking for a pharmacist who will treat you with respect and professionalism, I suggest looking elsewhere."
