"Had the opportunity to visit the mills and shop. Served by an informative and very helpful young lady named Selena who helped to find the perfect outfits. We were also served by Kate who was also very helpful. The mill was beautiful to see and the story behind the machines and wool was exceptional. Loved seeing the world's longest picnic rug also. Entered a competition to name two beautiful lambs and two alpacas. The day spent there was fabulous."

"Covid has taken its toll on a lot of businesses and Creswick woolen mill is no exception. We went here for the animals and the tour for the kids but were disappointed to learn that the animals are no longer kept on the facilities. The machines in the factory were not working/switched on. The mill is a factory outlet and has a shop on premise. We found it to be very costly factory outlet. The onsite cafe was also closed :(. What could have been a great experience for the kids ended up to be a boring shopping store."
