"I arrived at Cotton On to pick up a Click and Collect order an hour before closing time, and they had a sign on the door saying they were closed for a little while. Assuming this meant that everyone was on a break, I went away for about 10 minutes before coming back to find two workers walking around in the store, but the door was still closed. With half an hour until closing, they did not acknowledge me, and the lights were turned off about 10 minutes later, all while I was waiting outside. This was still well before closing time, which to this time still has not passed. Not impressed. The only reason that I added an extra star is that the next day when I went back in to pick it up, the woman in store was lovely and I was in and out within 5 minutes because of her. If that was you, thank you so much!"
"Great place to grab your basics from and has many essential summer and winter items too! Reasonable price range however walking around the store can be difficult as there is lots of product on display at the same time but in saying that it does not bother me! What I like aswell is the staff who seem nice and friendly but they wont bother you either so a really nice place to shop if you dont feel like talking to anyone! Thanks again guys!"
