At Spring Gully Primary School, we believe in nurturing a love for reading in our students. That's why we are thrilled to announce our upcoming Book Week celebration on Friday, 25th August. Join us in The Hub at 9:00 am for a character parade that will remind our students of the joy and importance of reading. The theme for Book Week 2023 is "Read, Grow, Inspire," and we can't wait to see our students embrace it.

In addition to our literary festivities, our Parent Club is organizing a cookie dough fundraiser. Families can conveniently order their delicious cookie dough directly from our website or by using the QR code on the flyer. The full range of flavors is available to view on our website. Don't miss out on this opportunity to support our school community. Final orders are due by 31st August, with an estimated delivery date of 14th September.

We also have an exciting event coming up for Father's Day/Special Person Breakfast on Friday, 1st September. From 7:00 to 8:00 am, join us in The Hub for a delightful morning celebrating the special people in our students' lives. Mark this date on your calendar and make sure not to miss it!

As a proud SunSmart school, we prioritize the health and well-being of our students. Starting from Monday, 14th August, we kindly ask our students to wear broad-brimmed hats or bucket hats when they are outside. This aligns with the Cancer Council's SunSmart recommendation, which advises wearing hats from mid-August through to the end of April. Remember, our uniform supplier is Noone Imagewear, ensuring our students look smart and stay protected.
