"Good hairstylists. As mine is a simple shear of curls, it is no big deal for me, but they do it the best I have had (and that includes my Mother who cut it for decades). They were the only ones that my daughter (with long curly hair that matted when she was younger) trusted and they dealt with it easily and exceptionally well.
