"Food was nice enough and the servings were more than generous, but when I ordered the Pad Thai I was asked by the gentleman tonight if there was anything else I wanted, and I told him about 2 or three times I also wanted Dumplings, and he acknowledged that. When the food was ready I felt like what I was saying was not actually getting to him as the dumplings had been cooked. I will certainly not be returning as the communication was lacking. You can’t work in customer service and not pay attention and listen to what the customer is asking for or odering Also, when was the last time the floors and tables and chairs were cleaned? It’s unpleasant to walk around and having your feet stick to the floor and your hand touch a seat that is mysteriously sticky"
