"No response after making the trip to the Thomas Rd store. It was shut, google listed as open today called the number on the door but no response. The next door neighbor at Pit Store Cafe said they dont open anymore and thinks they are shut down."
"We have had a terrible experience dealing with this business.They have taken a substantial amount of money from us and refuse to answer any emails or return any calls.They have taken full advantage of us whilst outside the country due to restrictions and unable to take action.They have not returned an estimated 60 plus phone calls and emails. Very smooth talkers Alan and his wife have no compunction,extremely dishonest and outright unprofessional. Further investigations found that Alan does not have any Australian floor laying qualifications and is not the holder of the necessary 111 certificate. I have also enquired in Ireland and he was certainly never qualified there. I have noticed in their typical style of replying to dissatisfied clients reviews, that they claim not to know any of these clients, having dealt with this business it does not surprise me in the slightest. Flooring warranties are only as good as the retailer servicing them and worthless when that retailer goes out if business, as fly by night operators like these always do."

"I don’t think I’ve ever seen so much variety of carpets, vinyl or wooden flooring anywhere else. Hidden inside this humble shop hiding on Thomas road is a huge world of flooring world. Very friendly owner who gives the best advice and very competitive pricing. Highly recommend to visit at least once if you’re getting your floors done."
