"I ordered with UBER today and I thought my Subway Wrap was pure disgusting! Turkey and Salad Wrap. There was so much onion and jalapenos in there it actually tasted revolting, I opened it up and there was hardly any other salad ingredients in there. My husband had the footlong roll with steak and cheese in there with lettuce and carrot and when he opened it up, it was basically all bread and hardly any steak in there. Come on SUBWAY, you put the prices up and now you put less in. We're very disappointed ☹️☹️"

"The absolute worse subway in Perth and I've been to most, I can't even begin to express how bad this place is, if you even remotely care about your food, hygiene, even the health of the people you're buying food for, then I'd avoid this place at absolutely all costs. From flies in the salads, to literally sweeping whilst they're making your sub BETWEEN the sub and the person making it and literally watching the floor dust ploom up and settle into your "fresh bmt sub", they'll even whipe things with their hands whilst waiting for the sub to toast then start doing your salads like they didn't do anything, and I don't mean the food bench, I mean ontop of the ovens and around the register... It goes further but I don't want to make you feel sick if you don't already!! They seem to have this idea that the gloves are to protect their hands, not the customers food, they definitely aren't the sharpest tools in the shed. Do yourself a favour, if you want subway, go anywhere else, or just go to one of the fast food joints close by, they're significantly more hygienic than this place, enough said."

"BAD REALLY BAD SERVICE!!!! NEVER AGIN!! Ordered online about 40 min ahead. Got there and only one young lady was serving everyone, the other one was on her break. In the meantime she serves the customers and the phone rang she then to finish the customer's order to answer the phone. The lady on her break must have been on her lunch break because I walked in the store 5 min later then we said we would pick up. Waited another 15 min and our order has not even been done. That took another 10 min. The lady who was on her break came to the front walked around and went back on her "break" the young lady that was serving everyone asked her when her break is over. She must have been on lunch at 6:30pm it definitely was not a smoke break. Then I got told that there is no Avocado we already paid for it, I said it is okay, she said she will give me a refund and never did. I asked for a Rye bread and got white bread instead. The young lady that was serving was very polite and was pretty stressed. You need to shot out your worker or you will loose all clientele. REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE!!!!!"

"Every time I stop by this location I spend more time waiting to be served than actually getting served, on multiple occasions I’ve seen the young staff sitting around on their phones or vaping in store!!? Leaving one of the staff to do everything. I think management need to get their staff in check as I’ve heard the same complaints from multiple others. If it wasn’t for the lovely service of a few senior staff, I wouldn’t be back"

"Subway Baldivis has to be the worst subway I have dealt with. In store they are rude and unprofessional, and act like placing an order is a huge inconvenience on their day. Don't bother ordering through uber because the quality is sub par. First order, items were missing and sub was very light on ingredients, gave benefit of doubt that it was a genuine mistake. Last order paid $5 for double meat and did not get it, then when I complained was told I would not be getting it refunded or compensated in any way."
