"The dirtiest Grill'd I've ever been to! The floors are covered in a ridiculous level of built-up grease. **A caution to anyone with gluten allergies** Despite being told that the staff change gloves and make it separately if you let them know, they don't. The staff make it in front of a window with staff handling both gluten and gluten free buns, with not one person changing any gloves the entire time we waited. I then asked about it, and they lied and said they do.. I was seated right in front of where they make it, I saw them make it and hand it to our table."
"Had lunch at this new burger place located at the Baldivis shopping centre near one of the main entry points. My wife ordered the Sumer Sunset burger. She said it ok, but not the best burger she had ever eaten, she said it was nice but wouldn’t order it again. I ordered the Classic sliders, they were good especially the pickle as it cut through the fat of the beef. I also ordered the onion rings with salt bush seasoning and pepper. Overall not bad, at $47 dollars for 2 for lunch with a drink and a side was reasonable. If your in the area give it a go. Happy dinning. Doug D"
"Placed a pickup order tonight and was horrified when I found a decent sized metal rod right in the middle of my burger. This is absolutely shocking! Double check everything if for some reason you still feel safe purchasing food from here. Sadly very disappointed as they're new and local but unfortunately they have lost a customer."
