"Used factory pools as we thought they were the best around for the money. Had a good contemporary range for less than some of the competitors. Had to wait a while for installation but that was expected. Installation day finally came. Site supervisor explained what was going to happen and informed us we would probably hit rock so we would have to pay extra for an excavator. He was right so that was fine. Had some other unexpected costs for sand dumping fees which we were not that happy about as we found somewhere close by for them to take it where they didn’t have to pay... The next part of the installation was done by James the builder. He was very efficient and punctual, and got the job done quickly. After the pool was filled we then had to wait a week for the electrician to come and connect the pump etc. Overall I would totally recommend factory pools, only a little gripe where it was quite difficult to get in touch with the pool liason person at times which was a little frustrating. Oh and we are still waiting for the pool cover so hopefully it won’t take too long."
