"My car was towed here after hitting a kangaroo. It took them 22 days to send a quote through, but only after I rang them three times. Once a week for three weeks Only to be told each time that they were finalising the quote and it would be sent through to the insurance company tomorrow. And they would ring me to inform me that the quote was done. I was then told it would take 6 to 8 week to order parts a week or 2 to fix. It was approved on the 29th May. Since then they have make no contact with me. All I wanted to no was when will my car be ready I rang them on Monday to find out what was going on, and the rude lady on the phone told me it wouldn’t be ready until the end of August. I asked how?, she then told me if I hang on for a minute she will check. She then told me the panel beater might have it ready next week. Apparently wanting to no how long it’s going to take is to much for them Then today I received a text message Hi it's Kayla from Fix Auto Rockingham, we have had to order some extra parts for your vehicle which are coming from the eastern states. Your new ECD is 11/08. Thanks They can’t even ring you The women who answer the phone, have no clue what they are doing and will tell you anything to get you off the phone. If it’s to much to answer a question, why would you waste your time going there The worst customer service ever they have had my car now for 85 days and still counting"

"Note *I did not have my car worked on at Wadleys, and am sure they offer a precise and professional service as their reviews and time spent in the industry would show*. My two star review only reflects the lack of communication and understanding. I had an appointment booked on Monday at 10am. I had called a week earlier and changed the appt time to 10:30 and the contact number to a different one due to knowing I will be late. This appt was changed to a whole different day (Tuesday) instead of just the time and when I called the Monday morning to confirm that I will be coming in, I was told that the only person that can do the papers for my inspection was not in and had the Monday booked out for ‘RAC’ for months prior. I did not understand this because why was it booked on Monday initially? When I asked for a explanation, all that was said was, ‘I Will not Argue with You, Goodbye’. However I changed the Towing service to the next day and brought my car down. The car was inspected and I was impressed with the thoroughness and honesty at Wadleys."
"Absolutely terrible Place! My experience with them was just shocking. They had my car for 5 weeks due to kangaroo damage to the front of my car. They called me to collect my car. My car has the leather peeling off the steering wheel, my car had white paint dripping marks on the back bumper and on the lights and boot, some looks like they wiped a bit off when wet on the lights ( my car is black) . The roof had dirty rust brown finger marks all over the roof deep scratch mark in the roof fabric. My car is still very new and well looked after, they only needed to fix the front of the car and the roof, my car was damaged and dirty inside from the person who worked on my car. It's very very poor workmanship, poor quality and bad customer service I received. My car was still like brand new there was no care taken on fixing my car. I do not recommend this company at all."
