"Extremely disappointing experience with Tint a Car Rockingham. The tint on my Subaru WRX was shocking. There were bubbles everywhere, and even a burnt mark on one of the windows from where they tried to use heat to apply the tint. After expressing to the store manager over the phone and via email about how upset and disappointed I was, there was no apology or urgency to get my car booked in. It took 25 days until I was able to get my car booked in after they cancelled my original booking, where by that point I asked for a refund. My car is my pride and joy, so to have tint applied incorrectly with visible bubbles everywhere was very upsetting and irritating. Unfortunately, I will not be booking with Tint a Car Rockingham in the future."
