About the Business
Welcome to Bishopsbourne Community Centre, a vibrant establishment situated in the heart of Bishopsbourne, Australia. Located at Bishopsbourne Road, 1111, our community center is a prominent point of interest that caters to various events and gatherings.
One of the standout features of our institution is that event organizers are not required to submit COVID-19 safety plans or gain approval from Public Health to host their events. We understand the importance of flexibility during these challenging times and strive to provide a safe environment for all attendees.
However, it is important to note that the consumption and selling of alcohol in public streets or any public place, except for licensed premises under the Liquor Licensing Act, is strictly prohibited as per the Police Offences Act 1935. For those interested in obtaining a necessary permit for a Liquor license, we recommend visiting the Department of Treasury and Finance's website for application information and forms.
Our community center has recently undergone exciting renovations, including the addition of a new function center and meeting rooms. This upgrade ensures that we can cater to a wide range of events, from small gatherings to large-scale functions. Whether you're planning a wedding reception, corporate meeting, or community event, our newly enhanced facilities are designed to meet your needs.
At Bishopsbourne Community Centre, our fees and charges are confirmed at the time of booking. We strive to provide transparent pricing, ensuring that you have all the necessary information to plan your event effectively.

"Very good"
"Wonderful ANZAC Day service as always"
"Very quiet great camping spot heaps of room for big rigs too..its free..toilets bbq area..water not avail able. There is a donation bin if you want too..permit required max 48hr stay.."
"48 hour free camping offered for self contained travellers. Camping is restricted to the grass area surrounding the sports oval. There are public toilets and a small children’s playground. The community centre building was not in use during my visit, however there are several operational security cameras for peace of mind. Only downfall is that there is no access to water as all of the taps have had the heads removed to prevent use."
