Kmart Rosny 26 Bligh Street, Rosny Park, Tasmania 7018

"I love Kmart with my whole heart but I just had the worst experience with an employee at the rosny store. I was checking out of the store at 8:50pm (10 minutes to close) and I am very aware of the staff wanting to leave and close up as i know they would want to go home on time etc. I was buying 2 pillows that were on clearance for $3.00. When I was at the checkout they scanned for a higher price. I politely asked the young man at the checkout if he could check if the price was right, he said “would you like me to get someone to check the price for you?” I then responded with “yes please” as they still had 10 minutes until the store closed. Another older lady came by with dark hair and glasses. She rudely stormed up to the checkout and just glared at me. The young boy told her the problem and she proceeded to say “do you really want me to go over there and check the price now?!” I was stunned by the rude tone of the employee that I was speechless. She walked away and made me pay full price because she was too lazy to check the price. I do love Kmart and will still be returning to the store, but the employee I encountered on the 18th of August 2023 was very rude and I do not appreciate her service."

"It's a Kmart, just like any other Kmart. They had exactly what we wanted right near the entrance at a price we were happy to pay. We don't live down this way, and didn't explore the whole store, but it's been handy a few times we've been down south."

"I went into the store to get some batteries for my cup and I asked a worker which isle would they be in as I showed the worker the photo of the battery on my phone I wanted to buy for my cup and the worker told me all our batteries are near the registers I went to the registers and had a look their weren't any of the batteries there that match the battery on my phone I needed so I asked another worker at the lay-by section and showed the worker the battery I needed she did a research on the computer and she also checked at the back and came back saying all our batteries are near the registers so in the end I decided to leave the store as I didn't get any help looking for the battery that i had on my phone that I needed for my cup I found it unbelievable and a joke to be honest they had heaps of stock of that battery I needed for my cup but they didn't have the ability to help me find the battery I needed or guide me to the battery they just said all our batteries are near the registers the customer service was poor and I as a customer should have been treated with helpness of helping me find the battery I needed for my cup it was a poorly customer service day that's why I rate them a 2/5"

"Love this store, best buys often here especially the die cast iron pot I got using my Flybuys! There are heaps of great products that don't necessarily cost a lot! Hope that don't change. Only the clothing sizing is a bit dodgy."
