Our Principal lawyer, Jodie Moffat, is a dedicated and experienced legal practitioner who represents clients in both State and Federal Courts, as well as in the State Administrative Tribunal. With her expertise, Jodie has been highly successful in settling matters out of court.

Jodie Moffat began her legal career at a highly regarded boutique law firm in the Perth CBD, where she spent the first 5 years honing her skills. However, her passion for law brought her back home to Mandurah, where she has been practicing since early 2017. Jodie has been serving individuals and businesses in the Mandurah, Pinjarra, and Peel Regions, specializing in civil litigation, business, and commercial law.

At Temperance Legal, we offer an initial consultation of 1 hour on your legal matter for a fixed fee of $250, inclusive of GST. After the initial consultation, Jodie's charge out rate is $495 per hour, inclusive of GST, plus disbursements for litigation and court work. The specifics of these charges can be discussed with Jodie during your initial consultation.

In addition to our regular services, Jodie is also available for agency work for other law firms, and the fees for such engagements can be agreed upon at the time of engagement.
