"Dreadful customer service. We called Foreshore settlements and asked them to represent us as the seller, gave them our details and they advised us to ask realestate agent to send through the property details. One week later we receive an email from Foreshore stating they are representing the buyer and as they don't know who we are or who is representing us could we supply them with our settlement agents details. I called and spoke to Dee who talked over the top of me saying we do lots of quotes and I don't remember you!!! If you want good customer service go elsewhere because clearly they have too much work and can't remember who their clients are."
