Friendly customer service, knowledgeable in Paint products & what you need to purchase to achieve good results. Even carried 10 Ltrs of paint to my car and paint trays. Gotta love her. "I must have caught Natella on a bad day, she is supposed to be a colour consultant ? Unfortunately she insisted on me using a TU4 u/c before painting walls in a jubilation yellow...result ..never covered after 3 coats of yellow ...had to re paint all the walls in white sealer/ undercoat first as per what I originally asked for and the jubilation yellow covered nicely after two coats....NOT HAPPY....( Rest of staff very helpful) Natella needs to re think her title colour consultant."
