"Similar poor service. I wanted 3 SAL LED bulbs. Male assistant insisted that Philips were equivalent but packet did not show colour. I said these are yellow I think. He said no they are white even though it doesnt show the colour. He was so insistent that I bought them. But they were yellow so do not match other 2. These were the same that I had seen in Bunnings at half the price.. Too much time and petrol to take back. Best to avoid store and go to MM."

"It took 5 minutes before anyone appeared to serve us. We told the guy what we were looking for and showed him. He was disinterested and it was difficult to get him to say anything. The product was out of stock and he wanted to charge us a delivery fee. I ended up buying the product at a store down the road for half the amount. And I wasn't charged a delivery fee. Pricing is one thing but the guy just didn't want to serve us and I had to ask several times to get him to even give me a price for the correct part. I won't go back"
