"I never thought I'd say I had a great experience after being jabbed for a vaccine! The team here are amazing. They are friendly, kind and really look after you. Nadein (if I spelt her name correctly) was very understanding over the phone and did her best to accommodate my lack of time to fit me in for a vaccination. Once I got there she was very welcoming and got everything sorted so I can get out asap. Then I met Dr Ben Jackson the pharmacist. What a man. I have always fainted after being jabbed so needed to lay down, he said that he does hypnotherapy and NLP (which is a passion of mine) and he'll help me get over it! I was open to it, so I listened as he sat me down and did a few breathing exercises and I only noticed a very gentle sting, but did not faint and could get up right away. He shows that he cares for his clients/patients and he is obsessed with serving people and helping them out. You can tell he's passionate about what he does. He adds way mire value to that place than just being the consultant pharmacist. I wish I could rate you 10 stars. Thank you for the experience."
