"For a pharmacy that isn't the busiest, it sure took a long time for the staff to figure out the escript scanner. After 15 minutes of waiting (very ill, with two sick kids), they told me to call my doctor. This is the second time I have been here, and the scanner couldn't be figured out. Within minutes of leaving, I was already around at the next closest pharmacy and looked after within ten minutes. Not having to call my doctor and escript was not an issue, for Something that should have been an easy task, your staff sure made me feel like an inconvenience in their day. Customer service is everything, especially when battling with illnesses, I will not be back."
