"Staff are clearly told sell the highest priced item, grabbing the most expensive item without asking the customers budget. $33 for an item that on average is sold below $20 at every other chemist and when looking online there are 3 other suitable cheaper options actually sold at Amcal. Everytime I come in here I am ripped off. Worst part, it's for a INFANT who requires it for 3 days and then it's not required. Every.damn.time."

"Many of the staff know me at this pharmacy and are always friendly and polite. I've had to telephone them several times over the last two days and every person that has answered the phone has been polite and not impatient, which helps to keep everyone calm in these trying times. There have been issues with the doctor surgery getting my prescriptions to them and they have not got annoyed with me calling but have suggested I call the surgery to get them to email my prescriptions as there has been issues with the faxing. They have always been accurate in filling my prescriptions which I cannot say about some of the other pharmacies that I have used when they have been closed."
