"RIDICULOUS QUALITY PAST 3 MONTHS!!! 1 hour 30 mins delivery I've been a regular customer for past years and it was always 10/10 especially with their customer service. However, incident start from April where they deliver the wrong pizza size, i let it slipped, put in a quick message but damn they didn't even bother reply. Monday I ordered a pizza 7:30pm, and pizza did not arrive til 8:55pm which is ridiculous. Tried to rang the store 3 times in between and was put on hold straightaway, unable to speak with anyone and they just cut the line off!!!"
"I order 2 pizza from Uber eat and it tooks 1 hr for the food to be delivery. If your staff cannot handle the delivery please use uber eat delivery for it. No one can wait 1 hr for the food to be delivery. Poor service."
