"Very poor customer service. Ordered 4 rolls for myself and my wife and were looking forward to consuming them, when in the process of trying to put the soy sauce packets in our container (where there is no flat surface to do this) our food toppled off the counter onto the floor. I will say it was most definitely my fault trying to balance my purchased food there, but the person who took our money for our now worthless rolls just stood there watching. No offer to help clean up, no offer of getting another box of rolls, nothing. Traditionally if something like this happens seconds after purchasing food from a store the store offers to replace the items for free or at a discount. Absolutely no offer was made by the statue of a cashier. Very disappointing customer service."
"Really fresh sushi with decent sized hand rolls. Good quality and a great selection. The perfect pit stop for a busy day!"
"The food is absolutely delicious, fresh and I love it. Last week, a lady with short hair was so rude when serving me. She acted like I was begging for food without paying. I'm concerned sometimes I will not make a purchase if I see only her there. However, I don't want to rate your shop 1 star as she might just be a temporary staff, but I think it's super important to hire the staff with a good manner and customer services."
"I bought sushi at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday. (23rd of May 2021) There is another sushi takeaway shop next to McDonald's in the basement, but I buy sushi here once or twice a week alternately. I bought 4 rolls and asked for a paper bag. She put sushi in a paper bag, expressing her irritation with her face. I asked if I could get soy sauce. I don't know why, but she threw soy sauce in front of cash desk. It wasn't busy. I was the only customer. I thought she would give wasabi, after soy sauce, but she didn't, so I asked wasabi, and she threw two of wasabi into my bag as if she were playing basketball. It was a lot of embarrassment, but I didn't want to waste time, so I let it go. At the bottom of the her name badge, it said trainee. I've never seen a clerk who is so rude and throws things at customers like playing basketball. It was a very unpleasant experience and I should tell my friends to be careful."
