"Over heard the following: Customer gets asked can you afford these before she let's him try boots on: Guy walks in asking to try some boots on, sales woman, says they are $490, do you think you can afford them.... The guy is wearing jeans, a black t shirt and a rolex. He looks annoyed and turns to leave. The staff member laughs and talks to the other member and they say, solved that time waster."

"First time ever leaving a customer review, such was the absolutely appalling customer service (or lack thereof) displayed. For context, I had left the store approximately 15-20 minutes prior as the store was quite busy (approximately 7 or so customers). I figured that I would give it some time and return later. I did not have any interaction with staff during this initial visit, which was fair given how many people were in the store. After returning a short while later, the two staff (one older lady & one younger lady) were both attending to customers, with another couple also waiting to be served. The younger staff member acknowledged me, but did not ask if I needed anything, which (again) was fair given she was already with a customer. The older lady finished serving her customer and then served the couple that were waiting. Both staff members then finished with their customers at the same time. By this time, a pair of young girls had been in the store less than 2 minutes, and another lady with a pram walked in as one of the previous customers walked out. Conversely, I had been waiting patiently for between 10-15 minutes. Never at ANY stage was I asked if I required assistance and I would've imagined it was somewhat obvious from my body language that I was waiting (e.g. not browsing items any longer; making eye contact with the older lady staff member; not trying on any items). Both staff members approached the other customers (two young girls and the lady with the pram) and offered assistance. I stood there open-mouthed and in utter disbelief. An utterly APPALLING display of customer service. I won't be returning to this store EVER again. As someone who works in retail sales and shops at retail stores regularly, this was easily the WORST display of customer service I have ever experienced!"

"Popped in to order some custom boots. After a very ordinary experience at an RM Williams store in Brisbane, I was blown away by the service and knowledge from Erica at RM Williams Grand Central. I would highly recommend this store."

"Went to buy some gear here, my wife and I the only ones in the shop initially, we weren't served, other customers arrived in more formal dress, they were served immediately. I don't normally pick up on this type of descrimination or segregation cause of our atire but this I certainly noticed. We went to Myer instead and were very well taken care of with their staff and range of RM Williams, love their products."
