"I loved my most recent experience here while indulging in some late night shopping. I previously could not enter the store and only window shopped due to it never being easy enough access to manoeuvre a pram through but now with this new altered lay out I could get in and go where I wanted to look. Not only has the improved lay out made me happy to come back but also everything being so organised! The clothes, makeup items, jewellery, body scrubs, front table, ect. All was so easy to access. I also used to feel slightly nervous to enter due to never being greeted which left me feeling un welcome or not wanted by the workers. Where as tonight I was greeted upon entry, re approached to check I was still happy with my browsing and also treated with complete kindness when I asked about payment methods. The recent changes in the store have left me feeling so ready to be a returning customer. Great job to both the staff and management "
"Both my sister and I entered the store, we were not greeted. Our presence wasn't even acknowledged at all. At the time which was 12.05pm, we were the only customers in the store. To make matters worse it appeared to be a manager and another co worker. Another customer walked into the store and they were immediately greeted and asked if they needed help. By which time we still weren't acknowledged. So we left. As women of color , we could tell why. We still love sport girl, just didn't love the experience we had today."
