"Disappointed with the after sales service and product. My son has bought several expensive items from this store recently, one of which was a white linen shirt. He wore it once, I washed it, and when ironing it, I noticed the inside facing stitching down the front was all separated for about 6 inches. On returning to the store, was told nothing could be done because he no longer had the docket. He didn't keep the docket because he wasn't expecting it to fall to pieces! Maybe the store should keep a record of customer purchases with mobile phone numbers or email like most stores do these days. They can't dispute that it's their shirt because it's clearly marked Tarocash. I find this very poor after sales service and poor quality control on product."

"One of the staff were not friendly to me. This was my experience. it could be different for other people. I made a purchase here and had an issue with billing. Will never ever shop here again. I went to YD after to make another purchase, this gentlemen at YD was so helpful and nice, will definitely go back to YD."

"I was a bit disorganised and had to get a suit jacket on the day of my friends wedding, the sales rep was very welcoming and helpful (compared to other stores) . I ended up getting a suit jacket but the sleeves were a bit long, she said I could return another time and get it altered. Maybe I am a bit ignorant, but I was under the impression it would come with the purchase. I had a bit of a shock when I went back a week later to get it altered and as I am about to leave, was notified of the fee. It would have been good to be told of the cost upfront, since I could have just got my mum to alter it for me, saving me close to $50."
