"We were shopping for a formal suit for my son and this was the last placed we stopped at. All of the staff were lovely but wow the service we got from Lachie was amazing. Lovely quality clothes. Their suits fit my 6ft 3 son perfectly. They had a package deal for students. We will definitely be shopping here again in the future."
"The most pathetic and disappointing service I have ever experienced. My husband bought two suit jackets and several shirts, of the jackets was not in stock in the Toowoomba store, so they ordered it, said it would be sent straight to our address, we prepaid for it and left. Nearly two weeks passed and we called. They said it had been sent to the store and put on the shelf, however it was still here. So, we came in store and they had ordered the wrong size. The reordered and called a week later to tell us it has arrived. They had now ordered the wrong colour. Nearly four weeks later at this point with no communication, they said they would get it expressed shipped from a store in another state and send us a tracking link. Fast forward an early another week and I call to check on it as the wedding we were attending was two days away, and they said the order was cancelled. No phone call. No communication. When I asked how we get a refund, she said, come into the store and we can organise that. So i would love to know, at what point we would be contacted to let us know the suit was unavailable and they would refund. Or where they just hoping to keep the 700 dollars and completely and utterly Incompetent. I will never shop there again"
"I went in 2 weeks ago to get a tux for my wedding. The pants needed some alteration as it was too long. On getting the pants back, it was well short of the measurements. Lauchie took it upon himself to get the pants fixed in no time. He also set aside a fresh set of pants in case the realteration wasnt acceptable. He was quite reassuring and i really appreciate his proactivness in this situation."
