There will be no cancellation fee if notified within this time frame. However, cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $50 cancellation fee, and any appointment changes within 24 hours will require a $50 deposit.

We kindly ask that you also inform us if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, as failure to do so may result in us not accepting future bookings from you. Additionally, please be aware that arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment, as it may not be possible to complete the desired treatment within the remaining time. We appreciate your punctuality and understanding.
