"Went in, did a bit of browsing, found an item I wanted and went up to the counter to pay. 3-4 girls at the counter chatting away to each other, completely ignored my partner and I. Waited a few mins. Still ignored. Gave up, put the item on the counter and left. Worst customer service ever. Clearly no one wanted to be at work today and do their job, too busy having a social meeting."

"Went to buy some items during the click frenzy sale but the click frenzy promo code wasn't delivered to my email due to newly subscribed membership. The female cashier explained the difference between in store and online promo and changed her attitude after we came back to her counter. She intentionally let the other male customer pay first, and made us wait while the other two customers were still choosing their items. Also did not offer a bag to us."
