"Always had a great food experience here as it's a good alternative to the well-known chains and the kids love them too. However, last week's experience wasn't that great: the delicious nuggets pictured on the website that we get for the children have changed to ridiculous regular frozen chicken nuggets (just like the other chains), nuggets price and quantity had changed too (I understand that's just business), and our chips were undercooked/soggy. Ordered again today to give them another chance as we have always been happy..."

"Ordered a Boss Burger last week. Staff seemed bothered by nearly everyone ordering. Ordered 740pm was told 10-15min wait. Burger came out at 820pm. Bun was stale and the brisket was dry and not very warm on the inside. Three maybe half of it out. All night I felt I'll in the stomach. Ended up throwing up in the shower in the early hours. Overall a very dissatisfied experience."
