"Great initial service to sell a product, but installed a floor trim of their choosing without our consultation. It looks very industrial and something you'd see in a commercial office, not a loungeroom. When we asked for it to be changed Hoppins seemed to be quite happy to do so, but needed to order it in. After weeks of waiting, my husband contacted them and they said they'd forgotten, so weeks more waiting ensued. Now, as months pass, my husband has called, emailed, and left messages. All we get is crickets. Still waiting..."

He seems unwilling to answer any questions and just continued to push vinyl flooring onto us despite us stating we had no interest in it. halfway through us looking through samples that we had to ask for 3 times he just walked off. Thankfully Helen came past and saw us looking confused and was very helpful. She bumped our review up to a 3 (she has been 5 stars so far).
