"Excellent business. Fencing seems surprisingly hard to get done these days especially if you live on a larger property an hour out of Cairns. Before approaching Arnel I spoke to multiple business and they were either interested, were quoting outrageous prices and/or were mucking around and kept postponing work for months just to pull out at very last minute. All that went away when I engaged Arnel. They provided me with quality materials at great price and also lined up their trusted contractor (Pat from MBH constructions, can't speak of him highly enough). Arnel and Pat have built my fences on time, on budget and delivered great quality. I am happy to give them my best recommendation and next time I've got a fencing project I know who to call. "Absolutely terrible service. There were several issues during the construction and after the completion of our fence. The fence infringed upon our water services, was unevenly spaced and had different heights around the perimeter. It also had 30cm gaps underneath it even though the upgrade was to secure pets. There was no handle secured for the gate so it cannot be reached from outside the fence line; we leave a step ladder at the front or climb on our cars to unlock it now. They were very rude and would not even reply to our complaints even though we tried them several times. Wish we never upgraded at all. Don't waste you're time and money."

"Went in looking for a small piece to fix a gate , they custom made a new latch that would do the job on my old bent fence gate and at no upcharge , great service will return . Even the Dog is impressed !"
