"I attended the store on 13 July 23. I could not find a price listed on the item I was intending to purchase so went to the store website. When I went to the checkout I was charged $50 more than the price listed on the website. When I queried this I was told that individual stores price their items (despite the price being listed on their own website) and the attendant said she would contact the people who operate the website. I still purchased the item and left the store but I was feeling that I wasn’t believed and perhaps discriminated against due to my age. I then pulled the website again and returned to the store just to prove that point. The attendant had Pinted out the web page and reiterated that she couldn’t sell the item for the price on the website but would refund my money if I wished. I told her I wasn’t looking for a refund but the store needed to be more diligent in listing their prices. At time of writing this review the price of the item has not been changed on their website. I’m not complaining about the staff here but the management of this store is questionable."

"A big shout out to Luke and Mitchell I went in before Easter purchased 2 e scooters one was faulty they sorted me out the very next day with a very easy process also a shout out to the store manager nothing beats old fashion customer service all round very friendly helpful knowledgeable staff (ps the kids had fun on their new wheels!)"
"Really friendly and great staff who greeted me upon entry and asked if i needed assistance. Was happy to let me browse and just to let them know if I required help. This Toyworld has a significant range of Lego of all themes and holds some of the more hard to get sets. If its Lego your after in Townsville this would be my first place to go if the Official Lego store did not have what was needed. The rest of the store was clean and tidy and held a diverse range of toys."
